- How will I receive a tax invoice?
Once payment has been received and approved, your tax invoice will be sent to your registered email address promptly. Should your purchased items be a gift, you will not need to worry about the recipient seeing the invoice as we do not send invoices with our products unless requested. - How will I know you have received my payment?
A confirmation email will be sent once payment has been received. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us. - Can I send items to a different address from my billing address?
Yes! Many customers take the opportunity to send gifts straight to their loved ones. Please click the “ship to a different address” box during checkout and enter the address you wish to send your item to.
The invoice for your purchased item will be sent directly to the email address on your account. The recipient will not receive any of this information as no paperwork is included with the item. - Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Pick up is available by appointment only from Blacktown, NSW. Please make your order online via our website. Payment must then be made online prior to pick up as we do not accept cash on pick up. Your order can still be processed quickly should you require it urgently.
Please plan appropriately if your purchased items require a larger vehicle, trailer etc... - Do your prices include GST?
Yes. All prices are GST inclusive. - What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, PayPal, Direct Deposit, Money Order, Personal and Bank Cheques. Please bear in mind that if payment is made by cheque or money order, there may be a delay in shipping times, as we can not post your item until the cheque/money order has been received and funds have cleared. - What is PayPal?
PayPal is a secure, easy-to-use and convenient way to send and receive funds online. As a buyer, you can pay for your purchased item online through PayPal without having to share your financial information. You have the option of using your credit card, debit card, bank account or PayPal balance. PayPal uses the most advanced proprietary fraud prevention systems. - How do I pay by Direct Deposit?
There are two options available here for your convenience.- You can log onto your online banking facility and transfer funds from your bank account to our bank account.
- You can visit any Westpac branch and pay directly into our bank account.

Typically, our delivery contractors deliver during business hours. If you are not expecting to be home during these hours, we advise, if possible, to provide us with a work, friend, relative or neighbours’ address whom is likely to be home during this time.
Should the premises be unattended, a card will be left in your letter box advising you of the local post office of which you can collect your parcel from. Should delivery be made from a courier, please contact us with your enquiry as carriers have different procedures and we can follow up on your order for you. - How long does dispatch take?
If funds are received prior to 12pm on any business day, we aim to dispatch the same day! In some cases this may not be possible, (this usually depends on the carriers availability for pick up), but your order will be dispatched within 48 hours. - Do you combine shipping?
Yes! Combine and save, save, save! - My item is faulty/damaged, what do I do?
Please contact our customer service team by email at customerconcerns@peppersonline.com.au and a customer service representative will contact you promptly to best determine how to resolve your problem.
If your item is found to be faulty, an exchange will be offered. Should the item be sold out and we can not offer an exchange, a full refund will be provided.
If your item is found to be damaged, an investigation with the carrier will be initiated. - I can’t find an answer to my question!
